Flight Log - 2019-02-02 - Matthew Bond's Rocketarium Turbo Vortico 2.0

A helicopter style odd-roc, with Three "blades" that extend out from t' central 29mm motor tube.  Constructed from a total of 6 laser cut plywood parts.  Flight profile is high drag, low altitude, spin stabilized, very entertaining.

Version 2.0 was built after I pushed t' envelope a little t' hard with me original build and shredded it in spectacular fashion with a CTI H-135.

Great Flight!  Stock CTI ignitor failed t' light t' motor, arrr, and upon inspection, did nay appear t' have burned at all, ya bilge rat, even though continuity was lost.  Replaced t' ignitor and off it went.  Quick off t' rod, slow and loud, matey, spinnin' furiously on a big column o' smoke.  Stalled out shortly after motor burnout and spun gently back t' t' field.
