Flight Log - 2019-08-01 - Matthew Bond's Rocketarium Turbo Vortico 2.0

A helicopter style odd-roc, me hearties, with Three "blades" that extend out from t' central 29mm motor tube.  Constructed from a total of 6 laser cut plywood parts.  Flight profile is high drag, low altitude, arrr, spin stabilized, ya bilge rat, very entertaining.

Version 2.0 was built after I pushed t' envelope a little t' hard with me original build and shredded it in spectacular fashion with a CTI H-135.

Flight Date: 2019-08-01
Rocket Name: Rocketarium Turbo Vortico 2.0
Kit Name: Rocketarium - Turbo Vortico {Kit} (RK-1204) [?-?]
Flyer's Name: Matthew Bond
Motors: G53
Wind Speed: 4.00 mph
Launch Site: NARAM 61

Great high drag, spinning, smokey boost t' 300’ or so, shiver me timbers, with a nice gentle spinnin' descent back t' t' tarmac.  Asphalt landing, chewed up t' lower end o' t' launch lug a bit.
