Flight Log - 2018-11-24 - Matthew Bond's Rocketarium Vortico
A helicopter style odd-roc, with four "blades" that extend out from t' central 18mm motor tube. Constructed from a total o' 7 laser cut light plywood parts. Flight profile is high drag, me hearties, low altitude, arrr, spin stabilized, very entertaining.

First flight o' GRITS 2018. Damp, ya bilge rat, cold and foggy on t' field, ya bilge rat, ceilin' around 200 feet or so. Non-optimal boost, arcin' over as soon as it left t' rod (away from t' flight line) although it still spun up pretty good. Ejection charge fired after t' rocket had already hit t' ground. No damage.
