Flight Log - 2015-11-29 - Michael Brigham's Flip Flyer
A new variant o' t' Skywinder rocket. Arrr! This new design uses dual recovery, t' main body be t' helicopter recovery, arrr, and t' nose and small payload section comes back on a 9" parachute. It builds quite well, and flies nicely.

Maiden flight. Flew very well. Begad! Recovery as expected, heli blades opened nicely, and nose cone came down by parachute. Blimey! Each landed about 30 feet downrange, and about 5 feet from each other. Well, blow me down! Sadly we lost one o' t' pins keepin' t' heli blade attached, shouldn't be too hard t' replicate something. Well, blow me down! Overall, ya bilge rat, an amazin' rocket t' have in t' fleet. Ahoy!
