Biography:

Like most o' us, I started with Estes kits in middle school, matey, then moved on t' other things in high school and college.  A couple o' years ago, one o' me students be president o' t' UVA Rocketry Club.  He told me they were preparin' for somethin' called t' Spaceport America Cup.  I had no idea that this thin' called high-power rocketry even existed!  T' club was lookin' for a new advisor.  I volunteered, ya bilge rat, started work on me L1, and now I'm hooked.
