Flight Log - 2013-05-19 - Mike Wurtz's Eliminator

Rocket was built all stock accordin' t' t' directions with t' exception o' a few things: Motor tube be replaced with a LOC 29mm motor tube for use with aerotech and CTI hardware. Begad! T' aft centerin' rin' be replaced with a plywood rin' and I use an aeropack motor retainer

Straight up flight on CTI's G68 white propellant. Cloud deck was about 1,000 ft at t' time and t' rocket hit apogee at just under that. Just before apogee t' ejection charge went off, and t' nosecone separated from t' rocket. Ahoy! Blimey! T' elastic shock cord finally broke. Resultin' damage was one broken fin on landing, everythin' else was recovered.
