Very cold (12, -4 wind chill). First flight with Altimeter One. Begad! Launched into t' wind (about 70 degrees). Well, blow me down! Flew sideways (max altitude 162 feet). Knot on elastic cord came undone and rocket split in two. Avast! Daniel recovered both pieces followin' 20 min search. Parachute did deploy correctly.
