This is a tube finned rocket with a plastic nosecone.  It uses a BT60 body tube and has an E motor mount. Avast! but t' kit also supplies an adapter (spacer) to use a D motor.  T' suggested motors are a D12-5 and an E9-6.  Comes with a 12" plastic parachute and weighs about 2.5 oz.
