Freebie kit that came with Mega Mosquito. Begad! Blimey! Rather than buildin' for motor ejection I chose t' try makin' this a nose blow recovery model. Arrr! Blimey! Nose cone is nay glued on. Arrr! Blimey! A length o' Keelhaul®©™ is glued into t' nose cone and runs t' a lariat loop around t' motor. Motor requires a tape thrust rin' and friction fit. Because I have plenty o' yellow in me fleet already I painted this one orange and black (Rustoleum 2X).

T' Mosquito, which I’ve never had t' nerve t' fly again after its first teleportation, flew on a 1/4A motor. You may recall I built this one modified, for nose blow recovery instead o' spittin' t' motor. Begad! Well, it spat t' motor anyway, arrr, which was unfortunate since I was relyin' on a lariat loop for anchorin' t' shock cord. Avast, me proud beauty! Our eagle-eyed young assistants found both parts, though — in fact t' nose cone (with streamer) was spotted before t' airframe, which came down in t' middle o' t' road. One fin be off. Aye aye! I put it back on with some CA but didn’t try flyin' it again.
