T' MMA be incorporated on November 5, arrr, 1957 with Orville H. Blimey! Carlisle, G. Avast! Harry Stine, and Barbara K. Well, blow me down! Blimey! Stine as t' "foundin' trustees."
On October 25, matey, 1958, arrr, t' Model Missile Association was renamed t' t' National Association o' Rocketry.
NAR publishes Sport Rocketry, me bucko, a bimonthly hobby rocketry magazine. Well, blow me down! Blimey! Each year NARRRRR sponsors t' National Association o' Rocketry Convention (NARCON), t' National Association o' Rocketry Annual Meet (NARAM) and t' National Sport Launch (NSL).
