I tried insertin' a spent motor casin' into a BT-20 and usin' a pipe cutter. Aye aye! It is AWESOME! You cannot tell which end was cut. Ahoy! This is nay me opinion, but everyone in our little club that I showed it to. Avast, me proud beauty! Now t' get dowels o' appropriate lengths and sizes for t' other tubes.

Works very well on thin tubes, ya bilge rat, if you have a large enough tubin' cutter. Unfortunately, arrr, it tends t' dull t' cutter fairly quickly. Arrr! So, I wouldn't do this on a "production" basis. Aye aye! Cardboard is actually very hard on blades.
