I tried insertin' a spent motor casin' into a BT-20 and usin' a pipe cutter. Well, blow me down! It is AWESOME! You cannot tell which end was cut. This is nay me opinion, but everyone in our little club that I showed it to. Arrr! Now t' get dowels o' appropriate lengths and sizes for t' other tubes.

Works very well on thin tubes, if you have a large enough tubin' cutter. Blimey! Unfortunately, it tends t' dull t' cutter fairly quickly. So, ya bilge rat, I wouldn't do this on a "production" basis. Ya scallywag! Cardboard is actually very hard on blades.
