Wanted t' build a nice rocket that would be reliable, yet scale.
I didn't wood fill anything, arrr, or prime. Just light coats with sandin' in between, and a few clear coats on top. I left t' yellow tube unpainted, me hearties, as t' instructions suggest. With t' clear coat on top it ends up lookin' like t' phenolic section o' t' real rocket. I highly recommend this.

Nice flight, Good chute. Came down on a patch o' clear ice(ie no soft snow) and popped a fin.
