Named "Phoenix" since it was our second Sky Trax RTF followin' t' destruction o' t' first one. Primarily used t' send up onboard video camera.

Launched with nosecone fitted with Altimeter One and payload contained video camera. Rocket shot horizontally t' t' northwest, across a busy street and hit a parked car about 200 yards northwest o' t' launch site. Parachute deployed and was ripped away. Daniel found t' parachute with no lines attached. I found t' rocket across t' street. No damage. T' onboard video camera was still recordin' and t' Altimeter One had measured t' apogee at 149 feet.
