Tested new nylon parachute and flew onboard video camera. Rocket veered towards t' northeast after leavin' t' launch rod. Relatively low flight. Rocket dropped nose first and parachute opened with rocket about 50 feet from t' ground. Rocket landed with no damage about 50 yards northeast o' t' launch site. Daniel recovered. No damage. Apparently shock o' parachute deploy and openin' was enough t' turn camera off in flight - only recorded t' initial ascent.
