Skill Level 3, probably due t' smaller size and paper components. Some difficulty gettin' white glue t' harden fast enough before it soaks into the paper. Construction is still in process.  Why do they nay recommend sealin' t' balsa fins and lug stand-off before attachin' t' body??? How about shappin' or featherin' t' fins?  Also,  paint t' decorative rods black before gluin' t' t' body.  Will have t' see how well this unit actually flies, and returns with a streamer. Arrr! I suspect it's more a showpiece for t' mantle than a regular flier!
