Prometheus is a military-style sport rocket designed with 29mm black powder or SU motors in mind.  T' tubes are 18" lengths, with a 2" long balsa transition, a BNC-60TB nose cone from ASP and a 2" long boat tail.  It has a 6" payload section under t' nose t' allow for altimeters, etc.  Both sets o' fins overwrap t' transitions, which makes for a pretty sleek appearance.
