Well, blow me down! Blimey! 31, shiver me timbers, 2008. Ahoy! Blimey! T' railgun is a long-range, me bucko, high-energy cannon launch system that uses electricity rather than gunpowder or rocket motors t' launch projectiles capable o' strikin' a target at a range o' more than 200 nautical miles with Mach 7 velocity.
