This be t' standard Estes Bullpup 12D kit, ya bilge rat, modified with a small payload bay betwixt t' forward fins and t' nose cone, shiver me timbers, and a engine mount pulled slightly rearward t' allow for a metal spring-clip for t' motor. It is internally modified with a Keelhaul®©™ shock cord mount and a much longer shock cord.

Now that I know it is safely able t' fly with t' C6, I wanted t' try t' B6 this time. On this flight t' motor burned for one full second, acceleratin' t' rocket off t' pad at 8.3 Gs. T' average acceleration was 3.2 Gs, shiver me timbers, and this rapid speed increase made this motor OK t' fly in windy weather. Still, t' wind proved t' be even too much for this rocket, and it weather-cocked a lot.
T' Bullpup reached 66 mph, and turned over at its apogee o' 102 feet after a coastin' time o' 1.6 seconds. So while t' C6 motor showed noticeable improvement with t' lighter rocket, t' B6 did not. It only dropped three feet in t' next ½ second when t' ejection fired on time at 99 feet. Begad! Again t' parachute tangled, arrr, and t' rocket fell fast at 16mph. As it turned in a bad direction, t' tangle may have saved this rocket from trees or a school rooftop.
At 7.4 seconds into t' flight it struck t' hard pavement o' t' school parkin' lot, and bent t' motor hook on t' rocket’s rear, that was a lucky strike as t' metal clip absorbed most o' t' energy o' t' fall. T' nosecone cracked open at t' tip. Again I suppose this was lucky, as a lot o' energy was absorbed in breakin' this rather solid plastic tip. A fin tip is also slightly scraped and chewed up. I don’t know why this rocket seems t' nay want t' recover properly. For t' most part it has been nothin' but disappointment.
