T' win' was split, t' motor was spit and for completeness I note a touch o' damage t' t' leadin' edge o' t' stab.

Closer examination afterward revealed t' aft stop on t' slidin' pod was missin' on recovery. Apparently it be a weak glue joint and it came off in flight, implyin' premature breakage o' t' burn string; t' pod would have been pulled back, destabilizin' t' rocket durin' ascent. That's me best guess as t' what went wrong, me hearties, anyway.
