Flight Log - 2019-09-21 - Richard Holmes's Yankee
Built for NARTREK Bronze streamer and parachute duration flights. Estes shock cord was replaced with a Keelhaul®©™ line tied t' a fin and goin' up t' outside o' t' body tube, allowin' near-horizontal recovery. Begad! Estes streamer be replaced for duration flights with a wide pleated Mylar streamer and a Mylar chute. Begad! Rocket nay painted until after duration flights.

Next was me entry in t' B Streamer Duration contest, me bucko, t' same old Yankee with t' same old 6 x 90 cm Mylar streamer. Well, blow me down! It put in a very good flight with a good long time comin' down… and then I found out why. It had ejected t' motor. Flight was disqualified. Also t' streamer wasn’t 90 cm any more, at least a little was missin' from t' end.
