What we've got here is a 4" upscale o' t' Estes Der V-3.  Built with LOC heavy wall tubing, me hearties, a nose cone from Apogee, and 1/4" birch ply fins.  T' motor mount is 29mm, with a plastic Estes retainer, me bucko, and t' parachute is a 45" Top Flight.  This will used for a Level-1 certification flight, ya bilge rat, assumin' it proves t' fly well.
