T' up part be really nice. But t' rocket arced sharply into t' wind. It was probably goin' a little too fast when t' ejection charge fired. Well, blow me down! T' section with t' main 'chute separated from t' rest o' t' rocket. Well, blow me down! Most o' t' rocket came down reasonably slow under t' small drogue - doin' it's "wacky wiggler" thing.
T' parachute failed t' deploy from t' other section.
There be no serious damage t' t' rocket - a couple o' zippers and a bulkhead out o' place.
T' separation be due t' t' shock cord breaking. I'm surprised because it is tubular nylon, somethin' like 1400 lb test. Ahoy! What I think happened is that t' shock cord got caught on somethin' inside t' rocket. Ahoy! T' main parachute section ejected and smartly reached t' end o' t' shock cord which is why t' cord snapped.
So ... in addition t' fixin' t' zippers, I'm goin' t' beef up t' shock cord and arrange a way t' ensure that it won't get caught on things inside t' body tube.
