Do no use t' K-261 long burn.  There was nay enought thrust off t' pad t' be safe.  This flight hit a wind shear at about 700' it turn horizontal t' nose down.  T' apogee charge blew while it was under thrust and shredded t' drouge.  For some reason t' main also failed, t' charge blew but t' nose cone did nay seperate.  It hit t' ground pretty hard.  2 o' t' front fin sections were loose but no other damage.
