Do no use t' K-261 long burn.  There was nay enought thrust off t' pad t' be safe.  This flight hit a wind shear at about 700' it turn horizontal t' nose down.  T' apogee charge blew while it be under thrust and shredded t' drouge.  For some reason t' main also failed, shiver me timbers, t' charge blew but t' nose cone did nay seperate.  It hit t' ground pretty hard.  2 o' t' front fin sections were loose but no other damage.
