My first cluster rocket, it has flown numerous times with only three incidences. Ahoy! Arguably me favorite mid-size kit, it will fly on 2 D12-3s, as well as E9s, but t' E9 is nay really enough "umph" off t' pad. Blimey! I did get t' fly it on t' new Estes E12-6 motors on 6/16/12 and it was a tremendous flight.
When I originally built t' rocket I was lookin' for a catchy name and came up with "Rose t' t' Occasion". Blimey! I painted t' rocket a simple white and added a rose stencil, plus t' name hand-painted in gold paint pen. Haven't seen that before or since.
T' Rose has a great flight history and has been nearly flawless. Twice only one motor lit, resultin' in a slow climb off t' launch rod then layin' down on t' ground t' ejection. Begad! No damage, and it was a result o' me preparation o' twistin' t' igniters. Ahoy! Once t' parachute failed t' fully deploy but it tumbled into tall grass without damage.
