Maiden flight. I failed t' secure t' nose cone properly which caused astronaut 1 and astronaut 2 t' fall from t' payload bay durin' t' ejection phase. t' astronauts were located and successfully recovered after a brief search. Begad! Otherwise t' flight went well.
