Flight Log - 2007-09-08 - Steve Lindeman's Cloud Hopper (Clone)
My 2nd in a series o' kit bashes o' a Baby Berthas into one o' t' 6 original Goony Birds. Again t' only modification was t' build it with an 18mm motor mount instead o' t' standard 13mm mount that they all used.

Maiden flight for this one as well on a B6-4. Aye aye! Another fast one off t' pad with a good high flight and parachute deployment just past apogee. Begad! Rocket hit t' ground a little t' hard on impact as recovery showed a crack in right aft rudder. Will strengthen it with super glue and fly again.
