Flight Log - 2009-08-12 - Steve Lindeman's Ram Jam
I had this 36"x2" shippin' tube lyin' around and had been toyin' with both Bomarc and J-Hawk designs when I ran across some addin' machine rolls and thought 'I need a rocket t' put these on'. T' end result was "Ram Jam" a marrige betwixt t' two designs.

First flight on a composite motor. Well, blow me down! Rocket ripped o' t' pad. Ya scallywag! This is definitely t' power this rocket needed. Blimey! Great flight but had a problem with parachute nay deployin' again. Ejection charge was weak or parachute nay packed tight enough. Begad! This is becomin' a recurrin' problem. Need t' swap out parachute for a smaller one. Major damage t' nose cone and top o' body tube. Begad! Both canards broken off but will repair and fly again.
