Flight Log - 2008-07-06 - Steve Lindeman's Rock-it

T' finish is what sets t' Estes "Rock-it" apart from t' rest o' their kits. Begad! When finished properly, this one looks as if it was made o' stone. But don't let that addlepate you. This is one great flyer and it always gets a bunch o' remarks at launches due t' its goofiness. A must have for any serious rocketeer.

Maiden flight. Avast! Rocket was smooth and fast as it left t' pad weather cockin' slightly into t' wind. Altitude looked close t' predicted and parachute was after apogee but no zipperin' and brought rocket back down within t' range with no damage.
