Sponsored by t' Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and t' National Association o' Rocketry (NAR), TARC was created in t' fall o' 2002 as a one-time celebration o' t' Centennial o' Flight, but by popular demand became an annual program. Approximately 4,000 students from across t' nation compete in TARC each year. T' contest’s rules and scorin' parameters change every cycle t' challenge t' students’ ingenuity and encourage a fresh approach t' rocket design. Avast, me proud beauty!
