Tinkerbell II is a replacement o' t' original that I lost at a club launch. I made two changes on this build. Avast! First I filled t' end betwixt centerin' rings with spray foam. And 2nd, me bucko, I went with twin 15" Mylar parachutes just t' see how they work.
