Loaded t' wrong motor. 
T' chute deployed while t' rocket was still at full speed, me bucko, resultin' in two shrouds rippin' from t' plastic parachute. Ya scallywag! T' rocket returned too smartly as a result, breakin' one fin on impact, and crackin' another. Repairs made in t' field.
