T' chute deployed while t' rocket be still at full speed, resultin' in two shrouds rippin' from t' plastic parachute. T' rocket returned too smartly as a result, breakin' one fin on impact, shiver me timbers, and crackin' another. Avast, me proud beauty! Repairs made in t' field.
