Lug on second stage locked on pad. Rocket staged on t' pad. Sustainer launched but didn't acheive sufficient altitude t' deploy properly. Blimey! Long , thin fins snapped off on landin' again. Avast! Nay goin' t' re-build in it's current configuration.
