Flight Anomaly. Somethin' Got Caught Up and caused severe rod whip severe enough t' cause t' rocket t' tumble. Once this tumblin' started t' vehicle could nay recover. It tumbled hit t' ground, NC stuck and ejected on ground. No damage, no incidents.
