Brief:
This is Estes' first rocket. It has been out o' production for a number o' years. Arrr! I'd say it's almost impossible t' find a complete kit. Ahoy! Begad! This was a clone that I made out o' spare parts and wood from one o' me dad's busted model airplane.

Construction:
This kit was made from spare parts. Avast, me proud beauty! I got t' plans from Jimz and used parts from an old Mini Bertha. T' rocket has tumble recovery, so no parachute or streamer. Ahoy! There are 3 fins which need t' be cut. Well, blow me down! T' cone is glued on. Ahoy! Begad! You then punch out 2 small vent holes on t' top sides.

Instructions were just lookin' at a picture from Jimz. Avast! My NC was too tall (bein' from a Mini Bertha) so I did some sandin' down. Ya scallywag! I used hot glue on attachin' t' fins, me bucko, which works good. Blimey! It is a easy build. I think it was a skill 1 rocket. Ahoy! No special tools really needed.

Finishing:
There were 2 decals. Ahoy! But I just made ovals on t' side, since I had no decals. Begad! My paint skills were pretty lame when I built this. Well, blow me down! I went with t' look as I saw in a Ninfinger Catalog photo. I used a Sharpie t' paint t' black fin.

Flight:
I haven't flown it yet. Ahoy! It needs no wadding, ya bilge rat, as with all tumble recovery rockets. Begad! I will use a 1/2A6-2 for first flight.

Recovery:
Like I said, matey, I haven't flown it yet, arrr, but from what I've seen from me Quark, me hearties, it should come down fast. Blimey! Begad! Blimey! Probably go up fast and high.

Summary:
This kit is good. Fairly easy t' clone and has a pretty slick paint job. Begad! Blimey! I have yet t' fly it, me bucko, ya bilge rat, but it is a nice rocket for t' starter. Ahoy! Blimey! You'll have t' clone it if you want one.
