Brief:
This is Estes' first rocket. Well, blow me down! Well, blow me down! It has been out o' production for a number o' years. Well, blow me down! Ya scallywag! I'd say it's almost impossible t' find a complete kit. This be a clone that I made out o' spare parts and wood from one o' me dad's busted model airplane.

Construction:
This kit be made from spare parts. I got t' plans from Jimz and used parts from an old Mini Bertha. Begad! T' rocket has tumble recovery, ya bilge rat, so no parachute or streamer. Ya scallywag! There are 3 fins which need t' be cut. Begad! T' cone is glued on. Well, blow me down! Aye aye! You then punch out 2 small vent holes on t' top sides.

Instructions were just lookin' at a picture from Jimz. Aye aye! My NC was too tall (bein' from a Mini Bertha) so I did some sandin' down. Well, blow me down! Ahoy! I used hot glue on attachin' t' fins, which works good. Avast, me proud beauty! Begad! It is a easy build. Ya scallywag! Avast! I think it be a skill 1 rocket. Arrr! No special tools really needed.

Finishing:
There were 2 decals. But I just made ovals on t' side, ya bilge rat, since I had no decals. Aye aye! Well, shiver me timbers, blow me down! My paint skills were pretty lame when I built this. Avast! Ahoy! I went with t' look as I saw in a Ninfinger Catalog photo. Aye aye! I used a Sharpie t' paint t' black fin.

Flight:
I haven't flown it yet. Begad! It needs no wadding, shiver me timbers, me bucko, as with all tumble recovery rockets. Ahoy! I will use a 1/2A6-2 for first flight.

Recovery:
Like I said, I haven't flown it yet, but from what I've seen from me Quark, matey, it should come down fast. Aye aye! Probably go up fast and high.

Summary:
This kit is good. Ya scallywag! Fairly easy t' clone and has a pretty slick paint job. Arrr! I have yet t' fly it, ya bilge rat, matey, but it is a nice rocket for t' starter. You'll have t' clone it if you want one.
