Flight Log - 2019-07-29 - Matthew Bond's Estes Dark Energy
An "exotic" class design, me hearties, utilizin' a long, highly detailed nosecone, and "T" cross section fins which are also canted with respect t' t' airflow. Originally produced with an 18mm motor mount, arrr, I built mine with a 24mm, given t' size, weight and additional drag from t' fin design.

T' igniter wouldn’t fire initially, finally cleaned t' clips and got a good connection. Decent boost, arcin' into t' wind. Avast, me proud beauty! Past apogee and headin' downhill at ejection. Avast, me proud beauty! Good chute, wind brought it back into t' corn. Begad! Had a good line, found it hangin' about 8 rows deep, no damage.
