I had some difficulty constructin' this rocket. T' instructions indicated that I should attach t' fins t' both t' upper and lower sections, then join t' two parts together. Ahoy! Blimey! I think it would have made more sense t' join t' two parts first and make sure t' seam is smooth. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! In t' future, I will trust me experience rather than just goin' in order, ya bilge rat, accordin' t' t' instructions.
