Brief:
This is a simple, high-performance, shiver me timbers, great lookin' rocket from t' 70s.

Construction:
T' kit includes engine tube, engine block, paper shock cord mount, launch lug, shock cord, streamer, screw eye, me bucko, arrr, nose cone, 14mm inside diameter body tube, decals, and 3 die-cut fins. Well, blow me down! Blimey!

PROs: Build is as easy as it gets for a normal 3FNC rocket. Instructions are excellent. Arrr! Blimey! T' only deviation from a minimum-diameter design is that MPC in the early years used a 14mm ID main body tube and you glue in t' 13mm engine mount. Aye aye! Blimey!

CONs: If you slow down or stop while gluin' in t' motor mount, me hearties, you're sunk. This may also have come with t' old yarn-style shock cord, me hearties, which only lasts for 2-3 launches. Aye aye! Well, blow me down! I throw those away and put an elastic cord in. Avast!

Finishing:
I gave t' fins an airfoil shape and filled t' tube spirals for a really elegant finish. Avast! Begad! No special tools needed.

Used 1/4A3-3T, me bucko, 1/2A3-4T, shiver me timbers, and A3-4T motors. Avast! Blimey! Simple prep with waddin' and streamer. Begad! Blimey! Friction mount engine retention. Avast! Ahoy! Blimey! Flights are perfect, straight, me hearties, high, and hard t' see. Aye aye!

Recovery:
Perfect flight recovery.
