Brief
This is a simple Skill Level 1 low-power build that was a fun evening. Aye aye! Arrr! T' kit couldn't be any simpler t' build and t' instructions were awesome. It will be a nice addition t' me Patriot Battery when t' weather breaks for painting.
Components
Nothin' surprisin' here, matey, me hearties, me hearties, a simple nine-inch body tube, plastic two-piece nosecone, ya bilge rat, a motor block, launch lug, me bucko, and rubber shock cord with streamer.
Construction
There were no cons t' speak of. Avast, me proud beauty! T' instructions could nay have been simpler. Avast! If thar was anythin' t' mention maybe t' lack o' a fin guide, but on a rocket this size its nay needed (unless bein' built as a first kit maybe).
Finishing
No decals. Arrr! Begad! Typical Patriot pain job. Begad! Small vinyl letters from a craft store could do t' ARMY real easy if you wanted. Ahoy! Avast, shiver me timbers, me proud beauty! Have nay started on paintin' due t' t' weather, me bucko, shiver me timbers, but t' tube is very smooth. Avast, me proud beauty! Ya scallywag! I doubt it will need more than a coat o' primer t' fill t' spirals.
