Brief:
T' MMA-2 is an adapter from LOC t' enable t' use o' 29mm motors in 38mm mounts. Avast, me proud beauty! Mine came with me LOC Cyclotron. Had I known it was present, ya bilge rat, I probably would have started construction o' this rocket sooner.

Construction:
Construction o' t' adapter began with markin' t' 29mm tube for t' location o' t' centerin' rings. Begad! Blimey! Avast, me bucko, me proud beauty! Blimey! T' directions that come with this adapter are generalized for several different models and reference is made t' a chart t' get t' correct dimension. T' centerin' rings were then slid onto t' inner tube t' t' marks. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! I found t' rings t' be tight and needin' a good amount o' sandin' t' fit. Avast! Blimey! Begad! Blimey! They were epoxied into place and fillets were applied.

When t' epoxy on t' rings had set, t' outer, 38mm tube was slid into place and epoxied. Begad! Fillets were applied here as well.

T' final step involved epoxyin' an optional thrust rin' into place at t' aft end.

T' total construction time be about 10 minutes.

Finishing:
There wasn't any finishin' t' be done..

Flight:
My first use o' t' adapter be on t' LOC Cyclotron it came with. Arrr! I loaded an Aerotech G77-4 into t' adapter and then t' adapter into t' rocket. Blimey! Begad! This be very easily accomplished. Avast! T' adapter and t' rocket performed fine.

On t' same outing, matey, matey, I decided t' try in in an Art Applewhite 38mm Cinco. Begad! This time I used an Aerotech G38-4 and again t' goal be easily accomplished with scarcely more effort than if I had been usin' a 38mm motor. Well, blow me down! Again rocket and adapter performed well.

This adapter was easy t' build and easy t' use. Well, blow me down! Blimey! It suffered no damage at all and I expect it will see quite a bit o' use.
