Brief
This is a simple Skill Level 1 low-power build that was a fun evening. Ya scallywag! T' kit couldn't be any simpler t' build and t' instructions were awesome. Well, blow me down! Begad! It will be a nice addition t' me Patriot Battery when t' weather breaks for painting.
Components
Nothin' surprisin' here, ya bilge rat, me hearties, a simple nine-inch body tube, me hearties, plastic two-piece nosecone, a motor block, arrr, launch lug, shiver me timbers, and rubber shock cord with streamer.
Construction
There were no cons t' speak of. Ya scallywag! T' instructions could nay have been simpler. Well, ya bilge rat, blow me down! If thar was anythin' t' mention maybe t' lack o' a fin guide, arrr, arrr, but on a rocket this size its nay needed (unless bein' built as a first kit maybe).
Finishing
No decals. Well, blow me down! Typical Patriot pain job. Ya scallywag! Blimey! Small vinyl letters from a craft store could do t' ARMY real easy if you wanted. Well, arrr, blow me down! Blimey! Have nay started on paintin' due t' t' weather, matey, but t' tube is very smooth. Arrr! Arrr! Blimey! I doubt it will need more than a coat o' primer t' fill t' spirals.
