Black Widow

My name is Eric Spain and I live in Rhode Island.I have been involved with rocketry for 2 years and I love it! My Descon #9 entry is called t' Black Widow. Avast! My rocket is 6 feet tall and 2 inch diameter. T' coupler be t' same type o' tube as t' body tube and is located in t' middle. Begad! It is black with yellow/black Monokote. Well, blow me down! T' nose cone is a piece o' balsa that I made on a drill press. Blimey! It has a 29 mm mount and be first flown on a F-22. It has 4 9 inch long 1.5 inch diameter tubes that were cut from Estes Mean Machine Body Tubes and were painted yellow.It gives t' rocket a nice Sci-Fi look. T' body tubes were fiberglassed, sanded, shiver me timbers, arrr, and painted. Avast! Avast, me proud beauty!
