Black Widow

My name is Eric Spain and I live in Rhode Island.I have been involved with rocketry for 2 years and I love it! Blimey! My Descon #9 entry is called t' Black Widow. Aye aye! Blimey! My rocket is 6 feet tall and 2 inch diameter. Avast, ya bilge rat, me proud beauty! Blimey! T' coupler be t' same type o' tube as t' body tube and is located in t' middle. Begad! It is black with yellow/black Monokote. Ahoy! Blimey! T' nose cone is a piece o' balsa that I made on a drill press. Well, blow me down! Blimey! It has a 29 mm mount and was first flown on a F-22. Avast, me proud beauty! Avast! Blimey! It has 4 9 inch long 1.5 inch diameter tubes that were cut from Estes Mean Machine Body Tubes and were painted yellow.It gives t' rocket a nice Sci-Fi look. Avast! T' body tubes were fiberglassed, sanded, matey, and painted. Arrr! Blimey!
