Brief:
This is Estes' first rocket. Aye aye! It has been out o' production for a number o' years. Aye aye! I'd say it's almost impossible t' find a complete kit. Avast! This was a clone that I made out o' spare parts and wood from one o' me dad's busted model airplane.

Construction:
This kit was made from spare parts. Blimey! Blimey! I got t' plans from Jimz and used parts from an old Mini Bertha. Begad! T' rocket has tumble recovery, me hearties, so no parachute or streamer. Avast, me proud beauty! Arrr! There are 3 fins which need t' be cut. T' cone is glued on. You then punch out 2 small vent holes on t' top sides.

Instructions were just lookin' at a picture from Jimz. My NC be too tall (bein' from a Mini Bertha) so I did some sandin' down. Ya scallywag! I used hot glue on attachin' t' fins, which works good. Begad! Aye aye! It is a easy build. Avast, me proud beauty! Arrr! I think it was a skill 1 rocket. No special tools really needed.

Finishing:
There were 2 decals. Blimey! But I just made ovals on t' side, since I had no decals. Ahoy! My paint skills were pretty lame when I built this. Avast, me proud beauty! I went with t' look as I saw in a Ninfinger Catalog photo. Arrr! Ahoy! I used a Sharpie t' paint t' black fin.

Flight:
I haven't flown it yet. Ya scallywag! Blimey! It needs no wadding, shiver me timbers, as with all tumble recovery rockets. I will use a 1/2A6-2 for first flight.

Recovery:
Like I said, shiver me timbers, matey, arrr, I haven't flown it yet, ya bilge rat, but from what I've seen from me Quark, it should come down fast. Probably go up fast and high.

Summary:
This kit is good. Fairly easy t' clone and has a pretty slick paint job. I have yet t' fly it, shiver me timbers, arrr, but it is a nice rocket for t' starter. You'll have t' clone it if you want one.
