I'm (Matt Gillard) writin' this review for me brother (Paul Morris) as he has recently suffer a stroke, and is findin' writin' difficult.

Parts

Paul is new t' rocketry and this was his first scratch rocket.

He wanted it t' be big and t' be clustered. Avast! Begad!

T' first thin' he did was t' work out what sort o' fit he could get with his tubes etc. Avast!

In t' end he went for a triple cluster 18mm mounts in t' base o' a 40mm diameter BT. Ya scallywag! This tube was coupled to another tube t' same size, matey, givin' t' bottom half o' his rocket a length o' 576mm. Avast, me proud beauty!

T' top half o' t' rocket was based on a nose cone actin' as a transition, shiver me timbers, me bucko, with two 24mm BT on top. Avast, me proud beauty! Aye aye! Blimey! T' nose cone at t' top o' t' rocket was novel, as it was none rocketry item that was cut down t' fit t' tubes and then t' accept a 13mm nose cone. Blimey! Blimey! Blimey!

T' two halves were connected by shock cord in t' usual fashion with a parachute attached. Ya scallywag!

Building

T' fins were a concoction o' BTs as a tube fin rocket, me bucko, shiver me timbers, with three normal fins stickin' out. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! Aye aye! Blimey!

T' rocket was then primed. Arrr! And then coated in matt black paint.

Decoration was in t' form o' a blue metallic A4 sticker sheet that came in t' parts. Arrr! Blimey!

This was cut into stripes and then added along t' BT.

Building

Flights

Black and Blue had three flights

First cluster be on 3x B6-4. Aye aye! Blimey! Which gave a good flight, me bucko, with a quickish decent. Blimey! Blimey!

Second cluster be with t' same motors and another good flight was had. Well, blow me down!

T' Third flight be on C6-5s. Ya scallywag! Avast, matey, me proud beauty! Unfortunately only one motor lit and t' rocket gave a arched flight (over me car!). Ejection was on t' ground. There was minor damage, arrr, arrr, which can be repaired. Begad!
