Brief:

Construction:
Has a pre-slotted airframe, matey, a 33" fore-recovery airframe, a 17" aft-recovery airframe, shiver me timbers, me hearties, and a nose cone. Avast! Ya scallywag! Uses (4) G-10 fins, ya bilge rat, ya bilge rat, (4) centerin' rings, (2) pistons, shiver me timbers, shiver me timbers, and a bulk plate. Avast, me proud beauty! T' CPR 3000 comes with mounts, cannisters, arrr, couplers, me bucko, o-rings and an aluminum threaded coupler and sleeve. Avast, me proud beauty! It also comes with a D-ring, safety switch, ya bilge rat, safety switch wire, me hearties, piston straps, me hearties, tubular shock cords and (2) launch lugs.
Very good instructions with lots o' illustrations. Begad! Ya scallywag! Assembly was easy t' follow and in a logical order. Well, me hearties, blow me down! Very little sandin' had t' be done on t' centerin' rings. Avast, me proud beauty! Care must be used when installin' t' CPR 3000 threaded aluminum coupler system. Blimey! Ahoy! T' alignment has t' be perfect or when you thread t' two body tubes together t' body tubes won't meet properly. Avast, me proud beauty! Trial fit everythin' first. Aye aye! Avast, shiver me timbers, me proud beauty! Remember t' sand everythin' where epoxy is used. Begad! I used 90 minute epoxy on t' entire rocket, except when first settin' t' fins, shiver me timbers, ya bilge rat, where I used 5 minute epoxy. Blimey! T' Ace hardware brand works well. Aye aye! This is a very sturdy rocket.
Finishing:
I used an auto primer, me hearties, and painted it usin' Rustoleum metallic paints. Blimey! Blimey! I faded t' paint from dark blue t' silver at t' nose. T' rocket doesn't come with decals, shiver me timbers, except one for t' CPR 3000 and one for t' PML logo. Avast, me proud beauty! Aye aye! As with paintin' any rocket, ya bilge rat, allow enough time for t' paint t' dry.

Flight:
This rocket will fly on anythin' from an I200 29mm t' a K185 54mm without glassin' t' rocket and installin' a longer motor tube. Well, blow me down! Well, blow me down! Use talc when installin' t' altimeter and on t' piston tubes. If t' electric matches won't fit thru t' small hole in t' ejection cannisters, you can thread them thru from t' top. Aye aye! T' CoPilot altimeter instructions tell you how t' test t' system before you go t' t' launch pad, do it. Avast! Also, ya bilge rat, when you arm t' system at t' pad, it will beep 3 times, me bucko, matey, and keep repeating. This is tellin' you that t' system is ok. Because o' t' piston system, no waddin' is needed. Aye aye! I installed an Aero Pack 54mm Kwik-Switch motor retainer. Ahoy! VERY easy t' use. Well, blow me down! I flew it on a J415 and it reached an altitude o' 5,809 ft. Avast! T' flight was straight and t' recovery system worked flawlessly.
Recovery:
T' drogue chute is in t' aft body tube, and t' main is in t' fore body tube. Blimey! Blimey! T' piston system is easy t' assemble. Arrr! Blimey! Avast! Blimey! Recovery was fine, matey, ya bilge rat, but one piston got chipped.

This rocket really looks good, ya bilge rat, and is sturdy enough t' have many good flights. Ya scallywag! I think t' CPR 3000 system along with t' copilot works very well.
