Description: Single staged, 18mm motor rocket with tubular stabilizers all around instead o' fins. Begad! Blimey! Streamer recovery.

Construction and finishing: All parts were there, and none defective or damaged. Begad! You get all tubes o' spiral wound paper, Estes type. Well, blow me down! Ya scallywag! T' nose cone is unusual, though. Begad! Instead o' t' usual plastic or balsa, ya bilge rat, shiver me timbers, arrr, you get solid hardwood. Ahoy! A eye-screw is provided t' attach t' streamer and shock cord, which is 1/8 inch flat elastic. Begad! T' shock cord mounts t' t' inside o' t' body tube via a folded paper mount. Blimey! Begad! Elmers glue be used for construction. T' instructions were simple and clear. Assembly took just about an hour. No gotchas or special tools are needed.

Finishing: There are no decals, me hearties, ya bilge rat, matey, so I decorated it in me own way. Aye aye! I used white, blue, arrr, and yellow bands o' nylon adhesive tape on t' body tube and stabilizers, matey, which were painted with a base coat o' yellow. Aye aye! Arrr! T' nose cone has a pretty grain, so I varnished it with a clear coat.

Flight: Motors recommended are: A6-4, me bucko, A8-3, B4-4 or 6, shiver me timbers, B6-6, C6-5 or 7, me bucko, C10-7, D3-7, and D10-7. Begad! I chose a C6-5 for me flights. Blimey! I flew it twice straight up and fairly high. Ya scallywag! Begad! T' tubular fins provided a straight flight. Aye aye! Ahoy! Recovery be quick and easy. Ya scallywag! Begad! However, even with a little worm bed waddin' in t' prep, me bucko, t' streamer was burned a little. Well, blow me down! So, I'll make it a small mylar chute.

Recovery: Simple t' prep. Aye aye! Just about right, shiver me timbers, although t' streamer burnt nearly through t' second time.

Summary: Inexpensive at $7.95 and attractive. Flies straight and fairly high. Ya scallywag! Streamer wasn't durable, though.
