Description: Single staged, ya bilge rat, 18mm motor rocket with tubular stabilizers all around instead o' fins. Avast! Blimey! Streamer recovery.

Construction and finishing: All parts were there, and none defective or damaged. You get all tubes o' spiral wound paper, me hearties, Estes type. T' nose cone is unusual, shiver me timbers, matey, though. Begad! Instead o' t' usual plastic or balsa, ya bilge rat, you get solid hardwood. Begad! A eye-screw is provided t' attach t' streamer and shock cord, which is 1/8 inch flat elastic. Ahoy! Aye aye! T' shock cord mounts t' t' inside o' t' body tube via a folded paper mount. Begad! Elmers glue was used for construction. Well, blow me down! Ahoy! T' instructions were simple and clear. Blimey! Blimey! Assembly took just about an hour. Avast! Begad! No gotchas or special tools are needed.

Finishing: There are no decals, arrr, matey, so I decorated it in me own way. Begad! Aye aye! I used white, arrr, blue, and yellow bands o' nylon adhesive tape on t' body tube and stabilizers, shiver me timbers, ya bilge rat, which were painted with a base coat o' yellow. Ahoy! T' nose cone has a pretty grain, ya bilge rat, so I varnished it with a clear coat.

Flight: Motors recommended are: A6-4, me hearties, A8-3, B4-4 or 6, shiver me timbers, B6-6, shiver me timbers, ya bilge rat, C6-5 or 7, C10-7, ya bilge rat, D3-7, and D10-7. Blimey! Aye aye! I chose a C6-5 for me flights. Begad! I flew it twice straight up and fairly high. T' tubular fins provided a straight flight. Begad! Recovery be quick and easy. Ahoy! However, matey, even with a little worm bed waddin' in t' prep, t' streamer was burned a little. So, I'll make it a small mylar chute.

Recovery: Simple t' prep. Just about right, matey, although t' streamer burnt nearly through t' second time.

Summary: Inexpensive at $7.95 and attractive. Flies straight and fairly high. Ya scallywag! Streamer wasn't durable, ya bilge rat, though.
