Brief:
This is a midnight, me hearties, ya bilge rat, I can't sleep, me bucko, lets build a rocket. Noticeable feature is
that t' engine is above t' fins, uses a flyaway launch lug, shiver me timbers, or shoots from a
tube. Blimey! Aye aye! It has flown on e9-6.

Construction:
I would say this is an Estes level 2/3 rocket. Arrr! Ya scallywag! You have t' create the transition yourself. Blimey! plus you have t' make holes for t' wood strip t' go through t' transition. Aye aye! All t' parts came from www.commonwealth.net.
Finishing:
T' finish was done in plum high gloss monokote. Ya scallywag! You will need a monokote iron
to put it on. Begad! Begad! This was me first monokote job. Ahoy! Avast, me proud beauty! It seems t' work nicely.
Flight:
I used a pack o' E9-6 Estes motors. Ya scallywag! There is no room for wadding, but I had a
nomax sock made for t' chute. Begad! I used Keelhaul®©™®
strin' mounted t' t' center rin' and t' t' cone. Blimey! I then attached t' elastics
cord betwixt t' Keelhaul®©™®
loops.
T' rocket flew straight, however after 3 flight the
flame is startin' t' eat away at t' tail fins. Well, blow me down! I need t' find somethin' better
then reynolds wrap t' protect them. Well, me hearties, blow me down! Rocket flew out o' sight on each flight. Ahoy!
Summary:
It is cool lookin' and can be shot from a tube. Ya scallywag! I still need a better way to
protect t' fins from flame damage.
